Katy E. Goodrich and Todd M. Smith, both of St. Johnsbury, Vt., were united in marriage Sept. 10, 2005, at 3 p.m. at The Mountain View Grand in Whitefield, N.H.
The bride was given away by her father during the double-ring ceremony. She was escorted down the aisle by the sons of the couple, Zachary and Paxton Smith.
Sarah Goodrich, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Attendants included Torrey and Devon Smith, sisters of the groom, and Aimee Ellingwood, Hilary Bradshaw, Rae-Lynne Tuzzo and Lindsey Luneau, friends of the couple.
Mike Middleton, friend of the couple, was the best man. Ushers were Andy Goodrich, brother of the bride, and Frank Middleton, Dave Pransky, Steve Giacobbe, Glenn Bostic and Erik Hemmett, friends of the couple.
The reception was also held at The Mountain View Grand.
Following a wedding trip to Kauai, Hawaii, the couple reside in Littleton, N.H., and St. Johnsbury.
The bride is the daughter of John and Nancy Goodrich of St. Johnsbury. She is a 1999 graduate of St. Johnsbury Academy and a 2003 graduate of Colgate University. She is a stay-at-home mother.
The groom is the son of Mark and Karen Smith of St. Johnsbury. He is a 1992 graduate of St. Johnsbury Academy and a 1997 graduate of Colgate University. He is employed at The Caledonian-Record.
