In recent court action, Allen C. Draper, 24, Greensboro Bend, denied violating probation related to a July 2011 conviction for violating an abuse prevention order.

Norman L. Judkins Jr. 56, pleaded not guilty to two counts of violating conditions of release by failing to report to the St. Johnsbury Police Department as directed Jan. 15 and Jan. 16.

Ashley Graham, 18, Passumpsic, pleaded not guilty to violating conditions of release by failing to report to the St. Johnsbury Police Department as directed Saturday.

An arrest warrant was issued Monday, for Amy M. Hale, 23, Sheffield, after she failed to appear in court for an attorney or appearance hearing. Bail was set at $250.

An arrest warrant was issued Monday for Christine Ricker, 31, Topsham, after she failed to appear in court for an attorney or appear hearing. Bail was set at $500.

Eric Scott Bollman, 28, Lyndon pleaded not guilty to six counts of violating conditions of release by sending text messages to Jessica Locks, 25, between Dec. 1 and Dec. 6, 2011.

William E. MacDougall, 18, Hyde Park, pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor charge of retail theft by stealing boots from Caplan's Army store on Railroad Street in St. Johnsbury 11:35 a.m. Dec 6, 2011.

Brian C. McLaughlin, 34, Woodsville, pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor charge of careless and negligent operation by driving at excessive speeds on Route 232 and Route 302 in Groton Dec. 2, 2011.

An arrest warrant was issued for Francis Benjamin Warner, 43, Craftsbury, after he failed to appear for arraignment on a misdemeanor charge of driving after suspension. Bail was set at $500.

Joseph Loschiavo, 63, Corinth, pleaded not guilty by waiver to driving under the influence of a drug 9:51 a.m. Oct. 21 on Interstate 91 north in Barnet.

Daniel Thomas, 22, St. Johnsbury, pleaded guilty to retail theft by not returning a rented video to Video King in St. Johnsbury Sept. 30, 2011, in exchange for a sentence of up to one day with credit for time served. Thomas was also ordered to pay $25 in restitution to Video King by March 1.

Sylvia Dean, 23, St. Johnsbury, pleaded guilty to drunken driving Jan. 8 on Portland Street in St. Johnsbury at 3:30 p.m. in exchange for one to three months on administrative probation and orders to attend and complete a drunken driving impact panel.

An arrest warrant was issued Jan. 23 for Tyler Mason, 25, Hardwick, after he failed to appear in court for an attorney or appear hearing. Bail was set at $250.

Anthony Avery, 18, St. Johnsbury, pleaded not guilty to retail theft by stealing a Craig 7-inch touch screen tablet computer valued at $119.99 from the St. Johnsbury Rite Aid Store Nov 15, 2011. Avery also pleaded not guilty to Petty larceny by stealing car radio face plates from Roy Cook Aug. 16, 2011 and felony operation of a motor vehicle without the owner's consent by driving a red Chevrolet Silverado belonging to Saint J Auto in the auto dealership parking lot Aug. 16, 2011.
