In recent court action, Jeffrey Bangs, 45, of Lancaster, was fined $310 for displaying a counterfeit, unauthorized or forged inspection sticker on Reed Hill Road in Lancaster Oct. 27.

Garrite Belanger, 20, of North Stratford, was fined $372 for unlawful possession and intoxication on Route 3 in Lancaster 1 a.m. Dec. 2.

George E. Berry, 22, of Concord, Vt., was fined $310 for driving after suspension on Route 135 in Dalton 7:10 a.m. Dec. 14.

John J. Holloway, 49, of Bethlehem, was fined $310 and sentenced to seven days in a house of corrections for driving after suspension on Route 3 in Lancaster 4:45 p.m. Jan. 4.

Andrew G. Ireland, 19, of Lancaster, was fined $310 for driving after suspension on Route 302 in Carroll 6:05 a.m. Dec. 1.

Amelia Marois, 19, of Berlin, was fined $610 for two counts of driving with a revoked license on Route 110 in Northumberland 2:15 p.m. April 3 and again on Route 3 in Lancaster 10:06 p.m. Nov. 26. A charge of driving an uninspected vehicle was filed without finding.

A charge of reckless conduct brought against David A. Paul, 25, of Dalton, was filed without finding for one year.

Bradley Savage, 27, of Lancaster, was fined $150 for driving with an open container of alcohol at 1 a.m. Dec. 2.

Kierra M. Wilkinson, 20, of Lunenburg, Vt., was fined $620, his license was revoked 12 months and he was ordered to complete an impaired driver intervention program for drunken driving on Route 3 in Lancaster 1 a.m. Dec. 2. He was also assessed a $350 suspended fine for possession of marijuana. Charges of unlawful possession of alcohol, transporting alcohol by a minor and possession of Vicodin were not prosecuted.

Benjamin L. Cass, 22, of Groveton was sentenced to 30 days in a house of corrections, with an additional 30 days suspended on condition of good behavior, for violation of a protective order at 7 Chelle Road in Lancaster 8:49 p.m. Nov. 8.

Allen Lambert, 25, of Whitefield was fined $125, with an additional $150 suspended on condition of good behavior, for theft from a motor vehicle on Union Street in Whitefield 11:59 p.m. Sept. 13.

Complaints of vandalism and simple assault brought against Courtney McLain, 20, of Groveton were filed without finding for one year on condition of good behavior.

Scott Rice, 33, of Lancaster was fined $310, with an additional $250 suspended, for simple assault, putting Page Oldham in a choke hold at 112 Main St. in Lancaster 1:30 a.m. Nov. 24. He was also handed a 60-day suspended sentence for violation of bail conditions Dec. 11.

Lucas Staples, 17, of Carroll was fined $310, suspended one year on condition of good behavior, for disorderly conduct, grabbing a kitchen knife while yelling and breaking objects at 300 Parker Road in Carroll 11 a.m. Nov. 24.

Eugene J. Ward, 39, of Lancaster was fined $387.50 and sentenced to five days in a house of corrections for driving after suspension and providing a false name "Patrick Fitts" to law enforcement on Portland Street in Lancaster 4:22 p.m. Oct. 5.

Poitr Paszko, 39, of Edison, N.J., was fined $124 for driving without a license on Main Street in Lancaster 5 p.m. Oct. 9.

Bench warrants for failure to appear were issued for the following: Curtis Gagnon, 22, of North Stratford, for an open container violation; Michael F. Gallagher, 43, of Natick, Mass., for driving after suspension; David A. Roy Jr., 21, of Berlin for possession of drugs and driving after suspension; Cameron Alfieri, 20, of Whitefield, for unlawful possession of alcohol.
