Lunenburg students receive new mittens and hats

EARLY HOLIDAY GIFTS -- Lunenburg School second graders model their new hand-knit hats and mittens from The Mitten Tree of WCAX-TV. Students were thrilled to receive these warm, thick mittens from the volunteers who make this initiative possible. In addition to keeping heads and fingers warm, they also received Ranger Rick fleece blankets from the National Wildlife Federation. Modeling their new gifts are: front row from left, Aliyah Chase, Hailey Williams, Heaven Fuller, Makayla May and Lillian Smith; back row, Gunner Stewart, Jonathan Colbeth, Noah Covell, Trent McKay and Scott Summers.
