Elizabeth Dorr, of Groveton, N.H., was named to the dean's list during the spring 2011 semester at New Hampshire Technical Institute in Concord. Dorr is studying early childhood education and just finished her second year making the dean's list with a 3.8 average. She is the daughter of Lisa and Tom Grimes, and the granddaughter of Arthur and Gail Simonds, all of Groveton. She is a graduate of Groveton High School.
