Kelly Allen, of Kirby, was recently named to the dean's list for the 2011 semester at Castleton State College in Castleton, Vt. Kelly is a junior, double majoring in business management and theatre arts. She achieved a 3.94 grade point average. She is a 2009 graduate of St. Johnsbury Academy and is the daughter of Rodney and Dorene Allen of Kirby.
