The faculty and staff of Groveton Elementary School recently announced the second quarter high honors and honors students in grades 4 and 5, for the 2013-2014 school year. To qualify for high honors, students must obtain an overall average of 93 in their core academic subjects, with no grade lower than 90. In order to qualify for honors, students must obtain an overall average of 88 in their core academic subjects, with no grade lower than 85.

Grade 5: Nathan Guay, Emmalee DeBlois, Nodia Davenport, Victoria Leighton and Paige Roy.

Grade 4: Patrick Keenan

Grade 5: Colby Stinson, Noah Bodnar, Madison Howland, Marissa Leighton, Matthew St. Cyr,

Alexus Call, Caitlyn Gibney, Julian Kenison, Brandon Laundry and Kiesha Ritchie.

Grade 4: Kaitlin Cassady, Kassidy Whiting, Dylan Desautels, Nolan McMann and Dakota Wheeler.
