Martel for Legislature

To the Editor:

Marcia Robinson Martel is well qualified to represent the Caledonia district in the Vermont legislature. I have been acquainted with her family for over forty years, through school, town government and work. Marcia grew up on a dairy farm in Barnet. It was diversified before the farm was in use. Market gardening, logging, sawmill operation and maple sugaring were all part of the family operation. Marcia understands Vermont's working landscape and business climate from experience. Serving as town lister in Waterford, Marcia gets the picture of local taxation and budgets. Her employment record includes responsible positions in local businesses.

Marcia Martel will take her responsibility to her constituents seriously and will represent the district very well in Montpelier. A common person solving common problems with common sense. I'm voting for Marcia Robinson Martel.
