Several towns are considering it, but one has now officially done it - postponing town meeting until later the year, owing to health and safety concerns from the coronavirus pandemic.

On Monday, the Bethlehem Board of Selectmen voted unanimously to postpone their community’s two-part town meeting, the deliberative session that had been scheduled for Feb. 1 and the town meeting ballot vote at the polls that had been scheduled for March 9.
