As prosecutors zero in on who leaked a protected digital image in the Jeff Woodburn case, the New Hampshire Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers is seeking to weigh in on the case, saying the state’s motion to disqualify Woodburn’s attorney for a conflict of interest could impact other criminal cases.

On Monday, the association filed a motion with Coos Superior Court to appear and file a memorandum as an amicus curiae, or friend of the court.
