Lawmakers again are nearing another vote, possibly today, that could decide the fate of New Hampshire’s biomass industry, a key piece of the North Country economy.

On Wednesday, state Rep. Troy Merner, R-Lancaster, said he is confident the votes are there, and will also be there for a veto override if the governor vetoes the bill.
