A St. Johnsbury man accused of fighting with police after crashing his car into a snowbank on Portland Street earlier this year has been sentenced to serve one month in prison.

Joshua Call, 26, pleaded guilty Monday in Caledonia County Superior Court to a felony charge of eluding a police officer, resisting arrest and violating conditions of release in exchange for a two-year deferred sentence on the felony and a sentence of 20-30 days to serve with credit for time served and $541 in court surcharges.
