NORTH HAVERHILL — A judge has rejected the request by a murder conspirator, who in 2018 already received one year and four months off his prison sentence, to have a further reduction in sentence.

In 2008, Michael Robie, 29, then living in Haverhill, conspired with three other Haverhill residents who were his roommates to murder Christopher Gray, a 25-year-old developmentally man from Groton, who had been flirting with Robie’s then-girlfriend.
