LITTLETON — For the aging, costly, and code-deficient Lakeway Elementary School, the Littleton School Board is back to square one.

After a committee formed last year to study the three options of renovating over five years, renovating in one year, or building new, and concluding a new school would be the best in the long run, and following a failed town vote for a piece of land to support a new building and architectural and engineering work, board members are now asking community members for direction.
