Vermont State Police reported that a man from Lowell was killed on Thursday afternoon when the vehicle he was driving rolled over and he was thrown from the vehicle.

Shayne Bessette, 52, was not wearing a seat belt, noted Sgt. Thomas Howard, when the 2003 Ford Ranger Bessette was driving on Hazen Notch Road left the roadway and rolled over.
