BURLINGTON – The high profile criminal trial of Ariel Quiros, Bill Stenger and associates on federal fraud charges stemming from the EB-5 investment case in the Northeast Kingdom could be moved out of Vermont because of possible excessive publicity.

“This case presents some unique challenges, defense lawyer Seth L. Levine, on behalf of Quiros, said Friday in U.S District Court in Burlington.
