As St. Johnsbury and some other Northeast Kingdom towns explore regionalizing their fire services, an idea is being floated in the North Country for shared ambulance services.

The North Country Council, the region’s planning commission, recently reached out to several towns in regard to the possibility of shared ambulance services in the area of Bethlehem, Easton, Franconia, Landaff, Lisbon, Sugar Hill and Littleton.
