This week's winning $500,000 Tri-State Megabucks ticket was purchased Saturday night at Cumberland Farms on Route 5 in Lyndonville, according to the Vermont Lottery Commission.
A clerk at Cumberland Farms said this morning that no one has yet shown up to turn the ticket in.
Fran McAvoy, information representative for the Lottery Commission, said they too had not heard from the winner as of 9 a.m. today.
McAvoy said the ticket holder has a year from today to present the winning ticket with identification to the Lottery Commission office. There is a five-day waiting period to collect the prize, she said.
