The litigation surrounding the Millstone III nuclear power plant continues to plod along.
At Monday's meeting of the village trustees, Lyndonville Electric Depaftment general manager Ken Mason received the trustees' authorization after an executive session to sign the final copy of the agreement for joint prosecution of claims and coordination of council against Millstone.
LED is an owner of the now closed Connecticut plant and the agreement allows for joint participation among all of the joint minority owners. "It's all part of the process," said Mason.
