To My Conservative Friends: Hakuna Matata

To the Editor:

I love it when good quotes seem to match up with current events.

While watching the Democrat debates last week, I was reminded of a quote loosely attributed to Napoleon: “Never kill someone that is in the process of committing suicide.”

As I listen to the latest musings of AOC, I am reminded of a quote from the play “Macbeth”, slightly paraphrased here for the circumstances: “Now comes a poor player, that struts and frets her hour upon the stage, and then is heard no more. It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.”

… change the pronoun and it’s equally applicable to Bernie.
