What has happened to Constitutional Rights?
To the Editor:
Several years ago some young men scouted out an old hay field in a quaint town in the Great North Kingdom of Waterford, Vt.
These young men went to work clearing, mowing, and set up a club to race automobiles. These fellas all worked a job to support their families, after work they would gather to work on the property that would become North East Speedway.
The guys formed a club, organized a board of directors, scribed a rule book and of course received advice from several outsiders....some they took, some they passed by the way side.
