LYNDON CENTER -- A bottle drive to benefit Lyndon Institute's SkillsUSA Club's upcoming trip to the national SkillsUSA Competition will be held March 23 from 12 noon to 2 p.m. People wishing to donate bottles redeemable for a cash deposit are asked to bring donations from noon to 2 p.m. to the welding shop parking lot at LI, or to the welding shop in the True Building ahead of time after school, downstairs in the building.

"It costs a few thousand dollars to send our kids to SkillsUSA and your support is greatly appreciated," said welding teacher Melissa Higgins Tyler.
