LITTLETON -- The Littleton Regional Healthcare Auxiliary is accepting scholarship applications from Littleton High School, Lisbon Regional School, Profile School, Lincoln High School, and White Mountains Regional High School seniors who are planning to focus their studies in the healthcare field. Guidance counselors at each of these schools should have the scholarship applications on hand. All scholarship applications must be postmarked no later than April 15, 2015.

The LRH Auxiliary provides approximately $10,000 annually in scholarships to area high school students and employees at LRH who are furthering their career in healthcare. The Auxiliary is comprised of approximately 120 members who volunteer their time to raise funds to support the programs and services at LRH.

Cindy Mitchell, president, states, "The LRH Auxiliary is honored to be able to provide scholarships for these deserving students and employees at LRH. This is one of our favorite initiatives because we feel that we are giving back to the community, by helping students reach their healthcare careers goals. Our hope is that some will eventually join the LRH family."

For further information about the scholarships, email: geninfo@lrhcares.org, or call (603) 444-9304. Scholarship applications can be downloaded by visiting www.littletonregional.org.
