In an effort to help expedite the application process for prospective students, White Mountains Community College is offering Quick Admit Days in July and August. Quick Admit Days are simply one stop shopping for students interested in applying for the fall 2014 semester.

Prospective students are encouraged to bring their high school transcripts or GED scores and any other college transcripts along with a completed application, July 9 and 16, and Aug. 6 and 13, anytime between 3 and 6 p.m. and the college will waive the $20 dollar application fee. Interested students will have the opportunity to speak with an admissions counselor, tour the facility, and begin the financial aid process. Since WMCC is open enrollment, once prospective students leave Quick Admit day, they can anticipate an acceptance package to arrive shortly in the mail. The Littleton Academic Center will also have Quick Admit days between 3 and 6 p.m., July 16 and Aug. 13.

"Life is incredibly busy for both traditional and non-traditional students. We don't want this to get in the way of applying to college. We'd like to help make the process as simple as possible so we are here to help and get students moving forward with their future goals" states Kristen Miller, admissions counselor at WMCC. Quick Admit days are designed to help prospective students move quickly through the admissions process and are held at colleges and universities throughout the country.

WMCC offers courses in Berlin, Littleton and Conway. With over 50 degree and certificate programs and a recent 5 percent reduction in tuition, the college is affordable and accessible for all individuals, whether you are looking to obtain a college degree or change your career. The college has a number of articulation agreements so transferring into a four-year college for those interested in a bachelor's degree is quick and seamless.
