White Mtns. JROTC team competes in Maine

COMPETING IN MAINE -- The White Mountains Regional High School Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (JROTC) Drill Team traveled to Herman High School in Maine on Oct. 19 to compete against five other New England JROTC Drill teams. The Spartan Battalion cadets placed first in the Color Guard event, first in Armed Squad, second in Unarmed Squad, second in Unarmed Platoon, and third place in the Platoon Inspection event. The cadets also competed in Armed and Unarmed IDR (Individual Drill Routine). Cadet Amber Reynolds placed third in Unarmed IDR. Competing were: kneeling from left, Dylan Spreadbury, Ezekiel Ratliff, Amber Reynolds (Captain ) and Ivory Blanchette; standing, Brandon Patterson, Donale Atlas, Michael Mahabir, Remington Smith, Nicholas Accardi, Marissa Person, Hunter Heath, Emily Day, Thomas Schmidt, Elijah Ratliff and Matthew Higginbotham.
