The U.S. Constitution, its Bill of Rights and Amendments are supreme law of the land and are cast in stone.
U.S. Constitution, Article VI (SUPREMACY CLAUSE) This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be supreme law of the land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any thing in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of these several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation to support this Constitution;
Our legislature makes law that is unconstitutional there are many examples:
Taxation (article 9th) which originated in our States earliest Constitution of 1777 still mandates taxes must be run according to the original method of taxation; does not obey the VT Constitution that amounts to a huge fraud by the government.
Legislative powers, Chapter II sec. 6, limits Legislative authority to make law. " but they shall have no power to add to, alter, abolish or infringe any part of this Constitution." It is evident that we are a Republic as guarantee by article 4, section 4 of the US Constitution , we must be governed by the Constitution.
Government run Vermont Health care in Vermont is another fraud of government. Health care is a right of the people to purchase or not. Government has no constitutional authority to run health care the authority is not in the Constitution
Bonding is a government tax fraud. It violates the peoples rights to raise or lower taxes according to the Constitution without the higher cost burden of a Bond.
There is no limit to the unconstitutional lawmaking the legislatures have created and governors have also approved and left standing without action for the Supreme Court. Even the Vt. Supreme court has failed to take their oath of office.
The Congress' and Presidents', VT legislatures' and Governors' are no different with respect to making law that is unconstitutional.
Article 6th. Officers servants of the people That all power being originally inherent in and consequently derived from the people, therefore, all officers of government, whether legislative or executive, are there trustees and servants; and at all times, in a legal way, accountable to them.
They are only representatives; we have the power and its time to replace the party system with independent people who will represent all according to the Constitution.
