Anita Bedor passed away on Sept. 29, 2021. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 16, 2021 at St. John the Evangelist Church on Winter Street in St. Johnsbury. A burial will immediately follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, St. John Street in St. Johnsbury, Vt.

Lawrence “Larry” King, 98, of Birchwood Drive in St. Johnsbury, Vt. passed away Monday, Oct. 11, 2021. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2021, 5-7 p.m. at Guibord-Pearsons Funeral Home, 15 Main St., Lyndonville, Vt. A Funeral Service will take place Thursday, Oct. 14, 2021, 11 a.m. at Guibord-Pearsons Funeral Home with burial at Lyndon Center Cemetery immediately following. A full obituary will follow.

On Sept. 27, 2021, Jean Elizabeth (Savage) Dubreuil, of Lancaster, N.H., died peacefully surrounded by her children at her home. She was born in Lancaster on December 3, 1934, daughter of Ernest C Savage and Cynthia F (Carr) Savage. She attended school in Groveton, graduated in June 1952 and married her high school sweetheart Rene Romeo Dubreuil on July 2, 1952.

Dorothy “Dot” Lynaugh passed away on July 4, 2020. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place Friday, Sept. 24, 2021 at 11 a.m., at St. John the Evangelist Church in St. Johnsbury, Vt. Committal will immediately follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery on St. Johns Street in St. Johnsbury, Vt. Sayles Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Ann Ovitt passed away on Dec. 21, 2020. A graveside service will take place on Friday, Sept. 24, 2021 at 2 p.m. at the Passumpsic Cemetery. Sayles Funeral Home is assisting the family with burial.

LANCASTER – Bonnie J. Drew, 71, of the McKee Inn, died Wednesday evening, Aug. 18, 2021, at Weeks Medical Center, Lancaster.

Jean Dawes: Due to predicted hurricane weather patterns, services for Jean Dawes will be postponed to Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at 2 p.m. at Sayles Funeral Home located at 525 Summer Street, St. Johnsbury, Vt. Friends may call upon the family the hour prior. Burial at the Mt. Calvary cemetery will immediately follow.

Mary Noyes, of St. Johnsbury, passed on to heaven on Aug. 16, 2021, at 99 years old. Mary had just had her birthday on August 13th (1922). Mary worked at The Caledonian-Record starting in 1954, until just a few years ago, as a cleaner. Mary loved her job as well as all the people she considered family that also worked there. Mary enjoyed gardening, Chinese food, and going to the lake in her spare time.

Leon Joseph “Joe” LaCroix, aka: Grampa-Joe; Ranger-Joe; Poppa-Joe; and Harley-Joe, 81 years old died on Friday, Aug. 13, 2021, after a lengthy illness at the Corner Stone Hospice-House in The Villages, Fla.
