BETHLEHEM, N.H. — Ruth Heintz of Bethlehem was recognized for her service to Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains by being named a Volunteer of Excellence.

NEWPORT — Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains will host a free information session for girls and parents on Monday, Dec. 3, from 6 to 7 p.m. at Goodrich Memorial Library, 202 Main St., Newport.
