Over the three days — Sept. 14, 15 and 16 — Sacred Heart High School’s Class of 1968 celebrated its 50th anniversary of graduation at the Sacred Heart Alumni Association annual reunion. Twenty-nine members of the class attended, some for the Alumni Association’s Friday evening Welcome Reception held at the Derby Line Village Hall; most for the banquet on Saturday at the East Side Restaurant; and many for the class’ breakfast on Sunday morning. During the banquet at the East Side, the Alumni Association presented each member of the Class of 1968 with a golden certificate commemorating their graduation from SHHS. In addition to the local Vermont area, members attended from Illinois, Florida, Tennessee, Maryland, Maine, New Hampshire and Quebec.
