During Waterford’s Town Meeting Tuesday, Bill Vinton was dressed to portray Waterford native Jonathan Ross, a judge on the Vermont Supreme Court, and a United States Senator. This portrayal was the curtain raiser to the 2019 joint benefit to be produced by the Waterford Historical Society and the Lower Waterford Congregational Church on June 15, “For Church, State and Rhubarb.”
