BURLINGTON -- The Vermont men's basketball team wraps up a brief two-game road trip tonight when it faces Iona at 7:30. The Gaels (7-4) have have won seven of their last eight overall and are the fifth team from the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference that the Catamounts (7-3) will face this season.

UVM will look to bounce back after falling at Fairfield (8-3) on Monday night, 67-59. In that contest, sophomore Brendan Bald led the Catamounts with a career-high 16 points. After trailing by as many as 10 in the second half, a 3-pointer from senior Joey Accaoui cut Fairfield's lead to 63-59 with 1:13 remaining, but the Cats didn't score again.
