LYNDON CENTER — Lyndon Institute junior Sadie Bora scored at 11:17 of the first half, and the defense didn’t rest thereafter in registering its second shutout of the season with a 1-0 win over rival St. Johnsbury Academy.

With just three goals allowed, LI junior Olivia Hudson has been clutch in the Vikings goal this season. “Olivia played extremely well for us again, and our defense also played extremely well,” coach Roxanne Courser said. Hudson made six saves, to just two for the Hilltopper tandem of senior Melanie Coons and junior Elizabeth Mastroianni-Douglass.
