Thursday’s H.S. roundup: Falcons stay hot, power past Milton

MILTON — North Country Union powered past the Milton Yellowjackets 62-28 on Thursday, putting the red-hot Falcons in third place in Division II going into Saturday’s finale at D-I BFA-St. Albans.

Riann Fortin had a game-high 16 points, freshman guard Cora Nadeau added 14 points, four assists and four rebounds, and junior guard Adrianna Chaput continued her good 3-point shooting with 13 points.
