BURLINGTON — Lia Rotti ended her high school sports career appropriately – by winning.

A huge second day at the University of Vermont earned the St. Johnsbury Academy standout her second straight championship on Tuesday at the 44th annual Jerry Jasinski State Decathlon, and she “nearly got the record” too, added coach Chip Langmaid.
